ಕೆಲವರು ಬಿಡಿಎ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿದರು. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ ಎನ್. ಕುಮಾರ್ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನೇ ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿದು ತೀರ್ಪು ಬಿಡಿಎ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. 2012ರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಆದೇಶಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋದ ಭೂ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ತಣ್ಣೀರು ಎರೆಚಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸಹ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಪೀಠದ ಆದೇಶದ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 30 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗಳಂತಹ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಡೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಖಡಕ್ ಹಿಂಬರಹವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಬಿಡಿಎ ಬೆನ್ನಿಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ, ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಬೆನ್ನಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀರಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಿನಿಂತರೂ ಸಹ 2016ರ ನಂತರ ಹೊಸ ಮ್ಯಾಜಿಕ್ ನಡೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರು, ಕಾನೂನು ವಿಭಾಗದ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೇರೆ ಸರ್ವ ನಂಬರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮುಂದೆ ತಂದು ಹೊಸ ಆದೇಶದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಕಬ್ಜಾ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.

ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ ಅಡಿಗೆ 12 ಸಾವಿರದಂತೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಗಗನಚುಂಬಿ ಜಂಟಿ ಸಹಯೋಗದ ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳು ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತಲಿವೆ. ಪ್ರಭಾವೀ ಬಂಡವಾಳಶಾಹಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಭಾವದಿಂದ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಗರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಶಾಸಕರ ತಂದೆ ಮುನಿರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಶಾಲಿಗಳೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
